I approach my role as a consultant with the objective of educating my clients so they feel comfortable with their offer. After the offer is accepted I stay connected with them to ensure that everything runs smoothly and they understand what is happening. There is so much activity after the offer is accepted that it’s important we continue communicating until title confirms the property has recorded.
